Shane saying he does this so he can enjoy historical places without all the noisy tourists is all too relatable 😂
“i’m gonna be praying for you”
“that’s very comforting knowing you’re an atheist”
THIS KILLED ME
The old show: Ryan is scared, Shane is dismissive. The new show: Ryan is slightly braver, Shane a little more open to believing in stuff. Character development
The editor has done an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job. They definitely deserve a raise.
The shot of Shane mocking Ryan's "I'm not my fear" lines and then immediately cutting to Ryan saying them during his alone tour was perfect 😂🤣🤣
I love that Ryan is incredibly polite and respectful for 99.9% of the exploration and then when he’s done, his last 2 minutes as he’s running out he’s just hurling insults the entire way
Shane pursuing this career to visit historical sites without dealing with tourists is the best long con I’ve ever heard
Shane is walking that fine line of respecting the spirits disrespectfully and I’m living for it 💀
I miss the ghoul boys signature line were Ryan says "Are ghost real?" and Shane sarcastically shakes his head as no.
Ryan actually made Shane love the spirit box. He's a goddamned miracle worker.
Honestly for me, any ghostly things in this episode were completely overshadowed by the solitary cells. Alone in the dark, naked and cold with only a hole as a toilet? That is pure psychological torture. I can't get over how evil that is.
It's really eerie how the voices in the spirit box sound this aggressive compared to other spirit box sequences. Like, even if you can't decipher what they're saying, you can definitely hear grunts, screams and people talking loudly and fast. It's so fitting for a prison, that's what makes it creepy to me.
Man you all don't realize how truly lucky we are that this series got revamped. Thank you Shane and Ryan for keeping this show alive!
for mark and the camera crew: do y'all get scared when y'all are like in the background or alone at different points during the walk-throughs? It seems like you guys have to stand in all the dark corners lol
I love that Shane is actually getting into it and even pointing out noises to Ryan, it really shows how tight they are 🥰
the new method of using the spiritbox + headphones is excellent. i think some of the most compelling evidence during these episodes has come out of those sessions. would love to see it used more than once per episode
can we take a sec to appreciate shanes “im shane!😀” every time they walk into a room and introduce themselves
How'd Ryan completely miss the name of the ghost he talked to in Broadway?? They literally said Eddie and thought he was joking that he didn't hear it 😂😂
Shane's impressively impersonation of Ryan followed by Ryan saying the EXACT same thing in the same tone is golden
